Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially analyze the significance of the influence of work placement, compensation, work facilities and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT. BTPN Syariah Operational Functional Office Cilacap. This type of research is quantitative research, with the research location at Bank BTPN Syariah Cilacap Operational Functional Office. The sampling technique in this research was proportional random sampling, so that a sample size of 70 respondents was obtained. The analysis method in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of data analysis show that work placement, compensation, work facilities and employee organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at Bank BTPN Syariah Cilacap Operational Functional Office
