Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance, employee engagement, career development and communication on the performance of Bank Jateng Purwokerto Branch Office employees. The type of research used is quantitative with a population of Bank Jateng Purwokerto Branch Office employees totaling 49 employees. The number of samples is determined by the 5% slovin formula, namely as many as 46 employees. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that work-life balance, employee engagement, career development and communication have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bank Jateng Purwokerto Branch Office employees.
