Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, Dan Remunerasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pajak Pada Kpp Pratama Cileungsi
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, workload, and remuneration on the performance of tax employees at KPP Pratama Cileungsi. The population used was 100 employees with a saturated sample involving all 100 employees to be sampled. This type of research is a combination method or mix method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis from the questionnaire in this study was tested using SPSS version 24 and data collection analysis from interviews was presented in descriptive form. The results in this study indicate that each independent variable has a positive and significant effect partially on the dependent variable. While all independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.
