Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work environment, work stress on turnover intention at CV. Hero Housewares. The population in this research amounted to 98 employees. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling and obtained as much 79 respondents. The data  analysis technique used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that the job satisfaction and work environment had a insignificant negative effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention, Work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The implication of this research is that CV. Hero Housewares is expected to improved a sense of family among employees with holding family gathering and should provide an emotional approach which can be done through annual refreshments such as outbound, reward, travelling. Cv. Hero Housewares should pay attention to the work environment of employees, it can be done by replaced dull wall paint with a bright color and CV. Hero Housewares is expected to be able to set the workload according to the ability of employees.
