Abstract

his study entitled the effect of work skills, work attitudes, work discipline, and work motivation on the productivity of production employees at PT. Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga. This study aims to determine the effect of work skills (X1), work attitude (X2), work discipline (X3), and work motivation (X4) on employee productivity (Y) PT. Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study are employees of the production division of PT. Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga with 150 employees. Samples were obtained using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling using the slovin formula so that 60 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study obtained a regression equation of Y = -7.630 + 0.496X1 + 0.306 X2 + 0.296 X3 + 0.545X4 + e.
The coefficient of determination (R²) is 72%, meaning that changes in employee productivity variables can be explained by changes in the variables used in the research model, namely work skills, work attitude, work discipline and work motivation. The remaining 28% can be explained by variables not examined. The results of the F test showed Fcount 35.387 > Ftable 2.540, so the research model was declared feasible to study. The results of the hypothesis with the t test obtained 1) work skills have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with t count> t table or 3.003> 1.673 and a significance value of 0.004 (<0.05) then the first hypothesis is accepted. 2) Work attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with t count > t table or 3.480 > 1673 and a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05) so the second hypothesis is accepted. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with t count > t table or 3.182 > 1.673 and a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05) so the third hypothesis is accepted. 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with t count > t table or 6.586 > 1.673 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) so the fourth hypothesis is accepted
Implications expected PT. Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga can provide training and identify employee problems, can re-evaluate a safe work environment and care for facilities, can pay attention to work on time if violated, give sanctions and punishments verbally or in writing according to company regulations, can provide opportunities and develop ideas new ideas in developing employee potential.
