Abstract

The main problem is the efficiency of ginger farming income in Banyumas Regency, which is influenced by factors such as technology, capital, markets, and problems in ginger cultivation itself. The aim of this research is to analyze the profits, efficiency and level of welfare of ginger farmers in Binangun Village, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency. The research used quantitative methods with a population of ginger farmers in Binangun Village, Banyumas Regency. Through analysis of costs, revenues and profits, as well as efficiency and welfare, this research aims to understand the impact of new management concepts on financial management and the level of welfare of ginger farmers in the area.
