This research aims to determine and analyze the significant influence of work motivation, work discipline, leadership and compensation on the performance of PT Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura. The population of this research is employees of PT Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura, while the total sample was 71 respondents taken using proportional stratified random sampling techniques. Data collection used interview methods, literature studies and questionnaires. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data, while the type of data in this research is quantitative. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The multiple linear regression model is declared feasible for estimating the population or meets goodness of fit. The research results show that work motivation, work discipline, leadership and compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura
