Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work facilities, employee welfare, work environment and work motivation on employee  loyalty of PT. Akurat Intan Madya. Population of PT. Akurat Intan Madya has 111 employees.. The sample was determined using proportionate random sampling with a sample size of 92 employees. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The result of partial and simultaneous hy[othesis testing show that work facilities, employee walfare, work environtment and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee work loyalty. The coefficient of determination test result were obtained from an R square value of 58.3% and 41.7% was influenced by other variables.
