Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of PT employees Marga Nusantara Jaya Purwokerto branch. The sampling technique used was the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and multiple linear regression analysis tools.

The conclusion of this research is that leadership, work motivation, organizational commitment and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Marga Nusantara Jaya Purwokerto branch.
