The research aims to analyze the partial effects of career development, organizational culture, work motivation, and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees in the Department of Education and Culture of Purbalingga Regency. The population in this study consists of civil servants (ASN) in the Department of Education and Culture of Purbalingga Regency, totaling 86 people with a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling method used is proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on the calculations, the t-test values for the career development variable are 0.798, for organizational culture variable is 33.554, for work motivation variable is 3.722, and for work environment variable is 1.916. Therefore, the hypotheses of this research are accepted and rejected. It means that partially, the organizational culture and work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees in the Department of Education and Culture of Purbalingga Regency. However, the career development and work environment variables do not have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees in the Department of Education and Culture of Purbalingga Regency
