Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, compensation, leadership and communication on the performance of employees at the Bojongsari Water Tourism Attraction. The population in this research was 125 employees. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling and obtained 103 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that the management of the Bojongsari Water Tourism Object is expected to provide flexibility for its employees' hours, increase the salaries of employees who have good performance, create an open and friendly environment by appreciating the ideas of its employees, and practice expressing opinions through a seminar forum to communicate well.
