This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Firm Size, Profitability, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on Firm Value. The research method is quantitative with secondary data from financial reports 2018-2022. The population is consumer non-cyclicals in the food and beverage sub-sector, 72 companies. The sample using the purposive sampling method was 28 companies. The method used in the panel data regression analysis method with the help of EViews-13. The results of this research show that Capital Structure has no significant effect on Firm Value, while Firm Size has a significant negative effect on Firm Value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) does not have a significant effect on Firm Value.
