This study aims to analyze the factors age (1), level of education (2), marital status (3), husband's employment status (4), family responsibilities (5), asset ownership (6), previous income (7) and expectations. destination country (8) influences the interest of Indonesian female workers in Banyumas district to return to work abroad. This research is quantitative and descriptive qualitative research, with the help of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all female workers in Banyumas Regency who had previously worked abroad. The number of female workers in Banyumas Regency will be 676 people in 2023. The sampling technique in this research was calculated using the Slovin formula to produce 87 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that the factors of marital status, husband's employment status, and asset ownership have a significant effect on the interest of migrant workers in Banyumas Regency to return to work abroad, while the factors of age, level of education, family responsibilities, previous income and expectations of the destination country have no effect. significant impact on interest in returning to work abroad. The implication of this research for reducing the number of TKW in Banyumas Regency is that the government is expected to be able to instill an entrepreneurial spirit by providing entrepreneurship training to housewives, maximizing pre-employment card program education for rural communities, increasing the minimum wage, raising standard wage system policies in each region and opening more job opportunities so that it can absorb more workers, especially in Banyumas district.
