Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the significance of theinfluence of organizational culture, leadership, work environment and career development on organizational commitment at PT Buana Spring Foam Purwokerto. The population in this research was 92 production and warehouse employees, while the number of samples used in this study was 80 employees and the sampling method used was nonprobability sampling with the proportional stratifida technique. The results of this research show that F count (32.464) > F table (2.49), then the model is declared feasible. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that organizational culture has t count (2.550) > t table (1.666) and sig. 0.013 < 0.05. Leadership has t count (4.577) > t table (1.666) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has t count (2.577) > t table (1.666) and sig. 0.012 < 0.05. Career development has t count (2.773) > t table (1.666) and sig. 0.007 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states that organizational culture, leadership, work environment and career development have a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of PT Buana Spring Foam Purwokerto, is statistically accepted.
