Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development, compensation, communication, and teamwork on job satisfaction of Aghisna Medika Kroya General Hospital employees. The number of respondents in this study was 118 people from all employees other than doctors. The sampling technique used is Proportional Stratifed Random Sampling technique and multiple linear regression analysis tools.

Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the t value of the human resource development variable (0.159) with significance (0.874), the t value of the compensation variable (4.932) with significance (0.000), the t value of the communication variable (2.001) with significance (0.048), the t value of teamwork (2.944) with significance (0.004). The conclusion of this study is that human resource development does not affect job satisfaction of Aghisna Medika Hospital employees.
