Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the significance of the influence of workload, work discipline, work motivation and physical work environment on employee loyalty at CV. Bintang Rema Utama Purwokerto. The population in this research was 150 employees. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained 60 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that workload had a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The implication in this research is that CV management. Bintang Rema Utama Purwokerto is expected to be able to supervise employee work processes and explain details of employee work including targets and working hours, provide direction regarding employee vigilance while working, provide encouragement to employees regarding their work responsibilities, and be able to create a conducive environment for employees so that employees feel comfortable. This is done so that employees have good loyalty to their company.
