Performance is a result or achievement that has been made by someone in completing something. This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, supervision, work environment, and employee placement on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Class IIA Purwokerto Penitentiary (LAPAS), totaling 111 respondents and a sample size of 88 respondents. Sampling used probability sampling techniques with the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing uses the t test. The results of this research show that work discipline, supervision, work environment and employee placement have a significant positive effect on employee performance
