This research aims to partially analyze the significance of the influence of competence, work motivation, job satisfaction and non-physical work environment on the work performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas. The conclusion from the study that Competency has a significant positive influence on the work performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas, with t test > t table or 3,070 > 1,671, the first hypothesis is accepted. Work motivation has a significant positive influence on the work performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas, with a calculated t test > t table or 2,606 > 1,671, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on the work performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas with t test > t table or 9,145 > 1,671, so the third hypothesis is accepted. The non-physical work environment has a significant positive influence on the work performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Banyumas, with t test > t table or 9,144 > 1,671 then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.
