Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work discipline, self-efficacy and work experience on the performance of PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa Purbalingga. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees, the number of samples was determined by propotionate random sampling technique so that 175 employees were obtained. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style, work discipline, self-efficacy and work experience partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
