This research aims to examine the influence of work motivation, communication, compensation, and supervision on the performance of employees at CV. Budi Djaja Pekalongan. The population in this research was 140 employees. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained 60 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Supervision has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication in this research is that CV. Budi Djaja Pekalongan management should pay attention to a positive and pleasant work atmosphere, give appreciation for increased performance to employees, listen to complaints and provide feedback to employees, and provide flexible work schedules for employees, maintain employee job satisfaction, urge employees that if something goes wrong they should not blame each other. between employees, and urge employees to uphold honesty among fellow employees, pay attention to the availability of work equipment to make employees' work easier, and conduct performance appraisals with transparency and honesty, conduct performance assessments by conveying strengths or good performance and the reasons, and conduct performance assessments with solicit comments, views and thoughts from employees.
