Abstract

This study entitled the effect of work facilities, leadership, compensation, and workload on job satisfaction of production
employees at PT. Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga. This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities (X1),
leadership (X2), compensation (X3), and workload (X4) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes
Purbalingga. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study are employees of the
production division of PT. Rosa Sejahtera Eyelashes Purbalingga with 150 employees. Samples were obtained using a
sampling technique that is simple random sampling using the slovin formula so that 110 respondents were obtained. The
data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that work facilities have a
positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job
satisfaction. compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and workload has a negative
and significant effect on employee job satisfaction
